Terms and conditions

So, I heard you were interested in getting a commission? Well lucky you, on this page, you will find every important information that goes into working with us on your big or small projects! Please read our terms of services and applicable conditions very carefully if you plan on asking us for a quote!

 

Please note that these terms of services can change at any moment.

General

  • The reference sheet provided when contacting us must be digital, preferably with 3 clear views of the character. Any reference sheet that has differences in the design will need to be edited and resent our way. This is so we can confidently recreate your character just the way you’d love them! We will not be recreating copyrighted characters or someone else’s character. If you’d like to know if we could bring to life a character of yours, just shoot us a message!

  • We do have two cats that likes to wander into the studio from time to time, and though I try my hardest to keep them away from my work, fur still gets everywhere. Not to worry, your items will be cleaned before they are shipped!

  • We will not work with or sell to anyone under the age of 18. 

  • We will reserve ourselves the right to refuse any commissions at any moment for any reasons as we see fit. 

  • We reserve ourselves the right to use any pictures taken of our work for advertising purposes.

Commission Acceptance

Please note that commissions are not done on a first come, first serve basis. We will pick which designs we want to work on most based on designs and feasibility of the characters submitted. This is so we can work on characters we will enjoy bringing to life and so our work does not become less exciting on our end.

You can contact us either through our email address, which is moonfvll.creations@gmail.com, or through our many social media links. We would greatly appreciate it if you kept our business on a single app, so as to not confuse ourselves and to prevent information loss.

Payment

  • All costs shown are in USD.

  • Payment is done through Paypal.

  • We will require a 35% deposit for the purchase of the materials necessary for your commission. This deposit needs to be sent within 48h after your commission has been accepted and is non refundable after work has started. 

  • Payment plans are available, but with a minimum payment of 300$ per month.  Payment plans can only last up to 6 months.

  • If you do decide to go ahead with a payment plan, payments will be required to be sent every month on the same date that we will settle on beforehand. Invoices will be sent your way on this same date at 11AM EST and you will be required to pay them within 48h. Any late payment beyond those 48h will be subject to a 5% late fee on top the late amount. 

  • The costs of shipping and customs/duties and taxes will need to be paid by the customer and will not be included in the base quote price OR the shipping invoice. Please keep this in mind as we are located in Eastern Canada!

Cancellations and Refunds

Please let me know as soon as possible if you are thinking of cancelling your commission! If work has not yet been started and materials haven't been bought yet, you will receive a full refund, no questions asked! On the other hand, if work has been started, we will refund all but the amount used for buying the materials, which is the 35% deposit. The work will then be altered to be sold on its own as a premade.
